- Ergonomic audit of the application according to the key usage scenarios of the three main personas (shippers, road hauliers and freight consignees), including recommendations for the User Interface (UI) optimization;
- Iterative redesign of the mobile application based on UX recommendations prioritized with the customer and developers.
