Approach

  • Training IT team on the benefits of human-centered design​;

  • Comparison of different existing UX maturity models​;

  • Creation of a maturity model with different steps of progression specifically adapted for the CHUV, according to 5 measurable key indicators;

  • Implementation of a tool to measure the evolution of UX maturity, with administration of an operational questionnaire.
