I need to completely re-think my product and/or service

Our aim: To allow you to remain competitive in your market.

Depending on the strategy of your business, you’ll either try to create something new or try to align yourself to standards in the market. If you decide to do the latter, you must offer an impeccable user experience so that you don’t lose time and risk losing customers.

We’re here to help you measure up to the standards in the market, to remain competitive and to gain some of your competitor’s market share.

How we will work together

Phase 1: Understanding your market

To understand your products and/or your services, we’ll hold interviews with all of the stakeholders involved in the project. At the same time, we’ll analyse the competition in your market, to immerse ourselves in the context of your market. It’s our priority to understand the unique selling points, understand your customers’ expectations and identify trends which will have an impact on your future products and services.

Phase 2: Creating and defining the product strategy

Starting with the data collected, we’ll define a product vision working closely with your teams. This document will define the business objective based on your needs, wishes and that of your users. It will also allow you to communicate a shared vision internally, which inspires and creates a positive working environment.

We’ll use this vision as a basis for kickstarting the design phase.

Phase 3: Information architecture of the solution

The design stage starts with information architecture. We’ll complete a full situational analysis of your website or existing application to allow you to identify existing content and arrange it accordingly. Next, content will be organised and prioritised, end users can take part in this important stage (See the Sitemap Test and Card Sorting).

Phase 4: Prototyping

During the prototyping stage, we’ll create the functional design for your product using wireframes and interactive prototypes. The aim is to apply the learnings what we got from previous stages and also create the design hypothesis that we will put to the test in the following stage.

Phase 5: User testing

User testing is a key stage in our processes. It allows us to check our potential designs out on 5 to 10 target users. Testing generally is held in two stages, so that problems from the first stage can be quickly resolved within the two stages. We’ll invite internal teams (decision makers and production teams) to attend these sessions from our observation room. This will allow you to see how users react to your products- it’s generally very informative!

Phase 6: Iterations and delivery

Next, we’ll present the test report to the project team. This will include observations ranked in terms of importance and/or priority, plus recommendations. We’ll complete a new phase of correction before the final checks are made.
Telono doesn’t complete any work on development internally, but if you feel that a single provider would work better for you, we can also manage the implementation technique. We have a network of skilled partners, who we have worked with throughout our 13 years of existence.
