To address the shortage of general physicians in Switzerland, Soignez-moi.ch has decided to develop Switzerland’s first digital telemedicine platform.
In addition to providing accessible, high-quality medical care, the platform also helps to relieve overcrowding in hospital emergency departments.

Approach
- Identifying and understanding the issues of an audience possibly diminished by illness;
- Competitive research and analysis of best design practices in digital medicine and #HealthTech;
- Storyboarding of processes and patient-physician-pharmacist dialogues across the telemedecine platform;
- Design and end-user testing of graphic mock-ups and prototypes, both produced on Figma, and interaction design.

Several Swiss hospitals are now collaborating with the Soignez-moi.ch platform.
