Florian Egger, PhD
Florian established Telono SA in 2005 in Geneva, where he currently serves as director. He manages a skilled team of UX Researchers and UX Designers, all focused on creating intuitive and accessible products and services.
With a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from Eindhoven University of Technology, Florian brings extensive global experience. His work spans healthcare, finance, and international organizations, where he has driven significant improvements in customer experience.

Yes, you can skip one level, and train directly to level 2 or 3, if you have prior knowledge and years of experience in User Experience. You’ll need to answer a series of questions and meet online with one instructor to ensure you have the necessary qualifications.
Our courses are guaranteed for a minimum of 4 participants.
In the event of cancellation, a new date will be proposed.
Each level of UX-PM training (inter-company) takes place remotely, over 3 half-days and in French.
We can also organize in-company sessions for your teams, adapted to your needs, in French or English.
Yes, you will receive your certificate as a shareable link to the online certificate on our website. You can also export it in PDF format.
