Approach
- Complete UX audit of occupational benefits platform by department (and related team): HR management, asset management, data analysis, etc.
- Creation of a library of graphic components in close collaboration with the development team;
- Training, support and conduct of UX/UI workshops to ensure the sustainability of the proposed solutions.

A global design system usable and used by development teams and Product Owners in the various departments.
