Approach
- Telono analyzed Editions Tissot‘s content to propose a new architecture for the e-commerce section, giving rise to a new menu;
- The agency also created mock-ups of several page types (notably for product pages);
- The new menu and pages were tested with different user groups to improve the performance of the shopping experience.
Results
Increased e-commerce conversion rate: 52.49%.
Editions Tissot's sales rose by 43.81% over the same period.
